A resource designed to make the understanding of
renewable and sustainable energy generation an
exciting and tactile experience, using solar, wind and
water power. Simple and visual ways to demonstrate
to children how wind, solar and water powers the
Invicta Renewable Energy Kit which allows the
children to understand renewable and sustainable
energy through an exciting and tactile experience.
Designed to be used either indoors or outdoors, the
modular format makes it easy to change between
the three sources of energy and the four monitors
which are activated when enough energy has been
produced to power them. The monitors included in
the kit are buzzer, gears, energy in mA and light. This
kit is an ideal way to compare the different options
for renewable energy production and stimulate
discussion and investigation into the pros and cons
of each of them. Also included is a European teacher
guide in English.
